Refund policy

We at OutstandingPost take pride in the quality and individuality of every pair of shoes we offer. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Our return and refund policy is designed to be fair, flexible, and clear – just like our commitment to customer care.

1. Eligibility for Return

Due to the nature of our made-to-order products, returns are accepted under the following circumstances:

  • The product arrives damaged, visibly defective, or significantly different from the description.
  • The item was sent in the wrong size or style compared to what was ordered.
  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

2. How to Request a Return

If you believe you’ve received an incorrect or faulty item, contact our support team with the following:

  • Order number and email address used at checkout.
  • Photos clearly showing the issue with the product.
  • A brief description of the problem.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we cannot accept returns or offer refunds in these cases:

  • Customer ordered the wrong size or color without consulting the size chart.
  • Items that have been worn, altered, or washed.
  • Packages lost due to incorrect address input by the customer.

4. Refunds

Once your return is approved and the item received (if required), a refund will be processed back to your original payment method. This may take up to 7 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

In cases where a return is not needed, we may offer a partial refund or store credit at our discretion.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to receive a different size or style, please request a return (if applicable) and place a new order separately.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled or modified within 6 hours of placement. After that window, your item begins the production process and can no longer be stopped or edited.

7. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a mistake on our end (wrong item, defect, etc.), we will cover the return shipping cost. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.

8. Important Notes

  • Every shoe is custom-produced once an order is placed. Please double-check your size and order details carefully before confirming.
  • We do not accept returns based solely on buyer’s remorse or changes of mind after shipment.
  • OutstandingPost reserves the right to make the final decision in all return and refund matters.
